Kabar menarik yang baru saja kami terima mengatakan bahwa saat ini Google telah memiliki aplikasi browser Chrome untuk perangkat yang menjalankan sistem operasi Android 4.0 atau yang juga disebut dengan ICe Cream Sandwich.

Browser Android yang sudah ada saat ini telah menggunakan sebagian code dari browser Chrome untuk PC, sehingga memiliki beberapa fitur seperti WebKit rendering dan Google’s V8 JavaScript engine, namun pada Chrome untuk Android Google telah melakukan sedikit perubahan dan penambahan mengenai fitur, kemampuan dan beberapa hal lain yang dilakukan oleh team di Chromium Project.

Kabarnya versi baru dari aplikasi Chrome untuk Android ini memiliki tampilan yang lebih baru, manajemen tab yang lebih baik, bookmark, dapat melakukan tab sync dengan Chrome versi desktop, mode Incognito, dan adanya fitur baru yang disebut dengan Link Preview.

With Chrome for Android, you can search, navigate and browse fast—Chrome fast. You can scroll through web pages as quickly as you can flick your finger. When searching, your top search results are loaded in the background as you type so pages appear instantly. And of course, both search and navigation can all be done quickly from the Chrome omnibox.

Chrome for Android is designed from the ground up for mobile devices. We reimagined tabs so they fit just as naturally on a small-screen phone as they do on a larger screen tablet. – Get smarter suggestions: If you visit a site often on your computer, you’ll also get an autocomplete suggestion for it on your mobile device, so you can spend less time typing.
