Tips & Trik : Problem Solved Gangguan Login Yahoo Messenger Pada BlackBerry

Sebagian pengguna BlackBerry mengalami gagal login yahoo messenger dapat menempuh beberapa cara di bawah ini, seperti yang di posting oleh bapak Hernawan di milist “isatbb” (milist komunitas indosat) , Simak step-step nya di bawah ini

To troubleshoot and understand where the issue exists, can the following test be carried out on 2 separate affected BlackBerry Devices.

Test 1:
1. Pin number
2. Enable debug logs on the affected device (http://btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/btsc/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=KB28247)
3. Uninstall Yahoo Messenger from the device.
4. Reinstall the Yahoo Messenger using AppWorld
5. Once installed – please provide the full version of the Yahoo Messenger application that has been installed. (Important: We need this information as which version was installed)

After the above tests have been done – log into Yahoo Messenger from the device. Please provide results.

If the issue persists, please provide the time stamp with time zone when the login was attempted, please  collect the logs using the BlackBerry Desktop Software, as showing in the following link:
http://btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/btsc/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=KB27243

Test 2:
1. Pin number

3. Uninstall Yahoo Messenger from the device.
4. Reinstall the Yahoo Messenger using link (http://us.blackberry.com/smartphones/features/im/yahoo.jsp)
5. Download through BlackBerry Browser option.
6. Once installed – please provide the full version of the Yahoo Messenger application that has been installed. (Important: We need this information as which version was installed)

After the above tests have been done – log into Yahoo Messenger from the device. Please provide results.
